- Varied work experience in small, medium and large companies, many of which are based in EU: multi-currency, project management, processes and controls
- Complete accounting cycle
- Human resources management, administration and labour relations (including payroll), R&D, GST, QST audit
- Projects of a strategic nature: rapid growth, reorganisation (interim, identify and implement performance indicators)
- Due diligence and integration following an acquisition
- Forces:
– Leadership
– Team approach
– Effective partner - Experience in team supervision
- Excellent systems knowledge: MS Office, Advanced Excel, Great Plains, Epicor, Sage, QuickBooks, Ceridian, ADP, Nethris, Windows 10
- Bilingual
