Lucie Pellerin | TALINKO Team
President and Founder of TALINKO, Lucie Pellerin is a member of the Order of Chartered Professional Accountants of Quebec (CPA, CA) and has worked in various companies during her career. Her experiences led her to specialize, almost 15 years ago, in recruitment. Since 2016, her desire to take the recruitment component to another level led her to start her own recruitment firm, TALINKO, where she was able to integrate a dedicated and committed team to serve clients, candidates and other business partners.
Elaine Martineau | TALINKO Team
Elaine is part of the TALINKO team as an Executive Director | Executive Search. Holder of a bachelor's degree in industrial relations and a specialized master's degree in human productivity management, Elaine Martineau has 20 years of experience in consulting, specializing in the recruitment of mid-level and senior executives as well as board members. A generalist, she has a solid track record in carrying out mandates in the public, parapublic, municipal and private sectors, and in all of a company's functions.
Sylvie Gosselin | TALINKO Team
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, Sylvie has been a valuable collaborator at TALINKO for more than three years where she uses her diverse experience to always better serve our clients and candidates. Sylvie began her career as a lawyer and subsequently specialized in labor law. In order to complete her legal education, she decided to take her knowledge to a more strategic level by obtaining an MBA. She worked as Director of Human Resources for a few years and then worked as an entrepreneur. Sylvie has had the chance to live internationally, which gives her an openness to the world and to diversity.
Catherine Veilleux-Mongrain | TALINKO Team
Catherine joined the TALINKO team in 2016 shortly after the firm was founded. She joined the team as a Talent Acquisition Advisor and has since evolved in a role in administrative management, communication and the recruitment process. She holds a Bachelor of Literary Studies from the University of Quebec in Montreal. Her interest in writing and communications as well as her passion for human relations make Catherine a dedicated collaborator who has the interests of our clients and candidates at heart. Her expertise has also contributed to the development and implementation of the TALINKO website and social networks.
Simon Dufresne | TALINKO Team
Simon joined the TALINKO team in March 2021 as an Administrative Coordinator after having worked for nearly 7 years in the real estate industry. His university studies in Asian Language as well as his many social implications as a volunteer make Simon an excellent communicator. His experience in customer service, his thoroughness and his work ethic make him an asset in providing a distinct, collaborative and professional service to all our clients and candidates.
Geneviève Guité | CRHA, CPCC, PCC | Performance Coach and Talent Optimization Specialist
Founder of Audacio, Geneviève has over 25 years of experience in human resources management and organizational development. She has worked in entrepreneurial and creative cultures (advertising, video games and FinTech) and has developed her expertise in leadership development and coaching. She is a professional coach and member of the ICF, certified consultant in talent optimization, member of the Order of CRHA, certified facilitator on the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and certified trainer by Emploi Québec.

Founder of Espace Imagine, a company specializing in the development of leadership and skills. Monique has over 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, Vice President of Product Development, Team Manager, Member of the Board and of the HR Committee. Her background allows him to have a good understanding of the challenges and team dynamics to support companies to maximize the full potential of individuals and guide them towards achieving and exceeding results. With a great ability to listen and to be present, she is recognized for her humanistic leadership focused on communication and collaboration.

Annie Tremblay | CPA, CA, ASC | Strategy | Performance management | Administrator
Annie Tremblay is President of Essence Conseil Stratégique, a consulting firm specializing in strategic performance management. For nearly 20 years, she has been leading management teams in harnessing the tools required for implementing their strategies via dashboards. Additionally, for the past 8 years, she has hosted a seminar called “Management Dashboard: Towards Performance Management” as part of HEC Montréal’s Executive Management program. Ms. Tremblay is also a Kaplan & Norton certified ‘Balanced Scorecard’ specialist.

Founder of Intrapreneur-e, Nadine Beaupré has more than 20 years of management experience working with Canadian financial firms. She is an International Coach Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC), an ICF coach-mentor, a keynote speaker, and a practitioner of emotional intelligence and positive psychology at work. Nadine hosts the Coach dans l’âme webcast and is a contributor to Jobboom, Huffington Post Quebec, Workopolis, LIME, and A leader Like Her. She is also co-author of the book entitled Ma Resilience en affaires. Ms. Beaupré has worked with private companies, SMEs, large corporations, non-profit organizations (NPOs), and public companies in Quebec, as well as in the academic field abroad.
