Lucie Pellerin | TALINKO Team
President and Founder of TALINKO, Lucie Pellerin is a member of the Order of Chartered Professional Accountants of Quebec (CPA) and has worked in various companies during her career. Her experiences led her to specialize, almost 15 years ago, in recruitment. Since 2016, her desire to take the recruitment component to another level led her to start her own recruitment firm, TALINKO, where she was able to integrate a dedicated and committed team to serve clients, candidates and other business partners.
Elaine Martineau | TALINKO Team
Elaine is part of the TALINKO team as an Executive Director | Executive Search. Holder of a bachelor's degree in industrial relations and a specialized master's degree in human productivity management, Elaine Martineau has 20 years of experience in consulting, specializing in the recruitment of mid-level and senior executives as well as board members. A generalist, she has a solid track record in carrying out mandates in the public, parapublic, municipal and private sectors, and in all of a company's functions.
Sylvie Gosselin | TALINKO Team
As a Director of Executive Recruitment, Sylvie has been a valuable collaborator at TALINKO for more than five years where she uses her diverse experience to always better serve our clients and candidates. Sylvie began her career as a lawyer and subsequently specialized in labor law. In order to complete her legal education, she decided to take her knowledge to a more strategic level by obtaining an MBA. She worked as Director of Human Resources for a few years and then worked as an entrepreneur. Sylvie has had the chance to live internationally, which gives her an openness to the world and to diversity.
Catherine Veilleux-Mongrain | TALINKO Team
Catherine joined the TALINKO team in 2016 shortly after the firm was founded. She joined the team as a Researcher and then as a Talent Acquisition Advisor. Her involvement and varied skills have allowed her to evolve within the firm. In October 2021, she was appointed Director of Research & Administration and has been involved in administrative and IT management, communications and the recruitment process. Catherine holds a Bachelor's degree in Literary Studies from the Université du Québec à Montréal. Her interest in writing and communications, as well as her passion for human relations, make her a dedicated collaborator who has the interests of both our clients and our candidates at heart. Her expertise has also enabled the development and implementation of TALINKO's website and social networks.
Simon Dufresne | TALINKO Team
Simon joined the TALINKO team in March 2021 as an Administrative Coordinator after having worked for nearly 7 years in the real estate industry. His university studies in Asian Language as well as his many social implications as a volunteer make Simon an excellent communicator. His experience in customer service, his thoroughness and his work ethic make him an asset in providing a distinct, collaborative and professional service to all our clients and candidates.
Marie Carmen Velasco | CRHA | RCC | Business Coach | Mediator | Speaker | Trainer
Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) and a certified mediator member of the IMAQ, Marie Carmen is a passionate and dynamic manager who has held executive positions in human resources for the past 25 years. She specializes in coaching managers at all levels, particularly in the context of mergers, acquisitions or restructuring. With strong organizational and management expertise, she is recognized for her human approach with an innate talent as a business coach, trainer and speaker. She has trained hundreds of professionals in leadership, civility, harassment and conflict management with a pragmatic and results-oriented approach. During her career, she has ensured the success of several major acquisitions and their integration and harmonization.
André Bélanger | CPA, CMA, LEAN Master | Optima Management
André and the Optima Management team specialize primarily in management accounting, process improvement and strategic planning. André has more than 23 years of experience in consulting in strategic profitability management, costing and process improvement in a wide variety of environments. He has also been a trainer for 20 years for CPAs and for the Mouvement Québécois de la qualité. He has also been a chief evaluator for the Prix Performance Québec since 2004, awarded by the Ministère de l'Économie et de l'Innovation du Québec.

Franco-Canadian, Yvane Le Dot has been coaching executives and their teams for more than 20 years in the achievement of their business objectives in the areas of organizational development, talent management and leadership development within large companies in France and Quebec. Specialized in the evolution of executives and managers from technical backgrounds, she now deploys the best Franco-Canadian practices within LE SAS to transform their managerial posture from expert to tomorrow's leader. She assists organizations, executives and their teams in transitional phases to reconnect with their essentials: meaning and authenticity as vectors of commitment and performance.
