- CPA, CMA with more than 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, and treasury functions in Canada, the US and France
- Has worked in private and public international companies, mainly in the technology and communication sector
- More specifically:
➢ Implementation of internal controls, management of financial analysis projects, preparation of
recommendations for management
➢ Design and production of management tools, scorecards, and KPIs
➢ Financial analysis and risk management
➢ Due diligence, M&A, and Integration
➢ Coaching and supervision of top-performing teams of managers, and professionals
➢ Organizational development and Business process reengineering and/or optimization
➢ Implementation of administrative policies, SOX processes, and other compliance regulations
➢ Financial and commercial restructuring - Systems: SAP (Requirements analysis, development, and deployment of integrated management software)
- Bilingual (English, French)
- Team supervision
- Strategic thinker, logistical support and assistance to senior management, and excellent communication and issue resolution skills
▪ Salary Expectations: 150K -160K + Bonus
