  ➢ Establishment of a C$400 million bank syndicate.
  ➢ Creation of a tool to manage Agropur Cooperative’s cash flows in the United States.
  United States following the acquisition of 2 companies with total sales of US$425 million.
  ➢ Optimization of U.S. banking operations by centralizing them at the same institution
  financial.
  ➢ Negotiation of banking and credit agreements in Canada and the United States.
  ➢, including credit lines of US$20 million and €4 million.
  ➢ Determination of the market value of several dairy processing companies in the United States.
