- CPA, CMA, MBA, with more than 20 years of experience in accounting
- Has experience mainly in the manufacturing sector, in international public and private companies
- Cost price analysis, multi-site and multi-currency, dashboards
- Expertise in cost reduction and operational support
- Analysis of operating expenses on a monthly basis and variance from budget
- Preparation of detailed analysis for plant managers for budget purposes
- Has set up a Kaizen approach involving several departments and aimed at improving the processes and automating certain tasks
- Actively participated in external growth through acquisitions of companies in Canada and the United States
- Analysis of profitability by customers, products and sectors prior to acquisitions
- Assessment of the financial impact of acquisitions (turnover, future profitability) according to several scenarios
- Strengths:
- Has worked internationally and in foreign subsidiaries
- Excellent analytical skills
- Curious candidate and constantly seeking to improve, (wishes to obtain his CIA certification)
- Very involved, committed and hard worker
- Experience in management: up to 20 employees
- Salary expectations: 125k + Bonus
