• MBA with over 20 years of relevant work experience in the retail and manufacturing sectors, in private and international companies
• Proven experience as a financial executive:
  • Financial report
  • Financial analysis
  • Cost control and accounting practices
  • Capital structure and transaction analysis,
  • Strategic support and negotiation
  • M&A
• Strategic planning and execution :
  • Implementation of key performance indicators
  • Implementation of monthly financial analysis, cost control monitoring and management analysis reports, on a quarterly basis
  • Implementation of a 3-year strategic plan on information technology in order to implement a new ERP system, including a complete review of business processes
  • Transactional experience, both on the selling and purchasing side of acquisitions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and in-depth understanding of corporate culture, change management, ethics and personal responsibility
  • Dedicated team leader, able to interact with team members in a way that promotes professional development and knowledge transfer
