- Canadian and US Employment legislation and Payroll experience
- Knowledge of HR information Systems
- Solid understanding of Payroll and Benefits Legislation and Best Practices
- Bookkeeping, tax slips, records of employment
- Customer focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to learn new systems quickly and apply knowledge appropriately
- Bilingual: English and French
