- Complete Payroll Cycle including:
- Payments of DAS / seizures
- Reconcile end-of-month reports
- Ensure compliance with standards and deadlines
- Ensure that Laws and Regulations including collective agreements are respected
- Management of record of employment/ file tracking (temporary layoff)
- Management of all required changes in the system
- Respond to various requests from government, agencies and unions
- Respond to requests from the Human Capital team
- (English, French, Spanish and Creole)
- Pay System: Courrier Pros, Payspecialist, ADP Australia, ADP US, Desjardins, Maestro, Le constructeur
- Accounting System: Simple Comptable, Ocean, Dynacom, Securite7
